What should I do with my guinea pig?

My guinea pig, Caramel, is getting lazier and lazier. Usually she just hides in her igloo and naps the whole day except during eating and drinking time. What can I do to get my guinea pig active again? I hope that she could spend more time playing then napping. Any ideas?
