Can you tell me about a capsule endoscopy please?

I'm 13 and might be getting a capsule endoscopy soon depending on the results of my latest test. My doctor I need to take the same prep as the colonoscopy and upper GI endoscopy that I had but thats about all that I know about it. What are some tips? Can you tell me how the proceedure works?
